Step 2:

We will review your application and provide a preliminary assessment, followed by an Indicative Letter of Offer.

Step 3:

Once you have accepted the Indicative Letter of Offer we will ask for further supporting information to complete our due diligence.

Step 4:

We will conduct a 3rd party valuation of the security.

Step 5:

We will prepare a Loan Contract, which is issued to you for review.

Step 6:

You review and execute the Loan Contract. 

Step 7:

Sandhurst Capital funds the loan.
